# Are the Athletes Aware That They Are in the Game?

Yes.\
Every athlete featured in Peaxel is **officially partnered and onboarded** through a direct agreement.

We do **not** list or use athletes without their knowledge or consent.

#### **How It Works**

Before appearing in the game, each athlete:

1. **Signs an agreement** confirming participation.
2. **Receives their own athlete account** on Peaxel.
3. **Gets access to their personal Talent Cards**, including:
   * Their *Legacy Cards* (personal collection)
   * Visibility on their public profile page
4. Can **interact with the community**, share updates, and grow their following.

#### **Why This Matters**

This ensures:

| Benefit                 | Explanation                                                      |
| ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Authentic Participation | Athletes are aware, involved, and supportive of the platform. |
| Fair Compensation | Athletes benefit from the value and performance of their cards. |
| Ethical Representation | No unauthorized likeness, names, or statistics are used. |
| Real Relationships | Fans support real talents, not fictional or unverified profiles. |

#### **Can I Talk to Athletes?**

Yes — many athletes are active in the **Peaxel Discord Community** and social channels.\
You may see them:

* Chatting with fans
* Sharing performance updates
* Participating in AMAs or live sessions
